Since 2015, my husband and I have been active in the NWA real estate investing world. During that time, I’ve seen the "business" side of property—the numbers, the negotiations, and the contracts. But as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), I also see the human side.
The Reality of the Move Moving is often a byproduct of a major life shift. Sometimes that shift is joyful, like a growing family looking for a yard in East Fayetteville or a University professor finding a home near campus. Other times, the shift is heavy—navigating a divorce, a death in the family, or the daunting task of downsizing.
Why the Relationship Matters I didn't enter real estate to "sell." I entered it because I love helping people navigate transitions. In my practice, I learned that trust is earned through transparency and being a calm presence when things get complicated.
